Returning an item for a credit note couldn’t be easier. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item/s to us under the following conditions:
Items must be returned to us unused, unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for a return unless manufacture fault. Please choose carefully as these heavily reduced styles cannot be returned.
You can use your RETURNS SLIP provided in your order to begin the returns process
Refunds will only be given on faulty items with a genuine manufacturing fault. If your item is faulty due to manufacturing please notify our team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, so we can ensure your item was faulty upon arrival. We do not refund for change of mind purchase. This is in line with Australian consumer Law.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
